Returns & Refund Policy

At Aristocrat Creations, every candle and resin artwork is carefully handcrafted in small batches with quality and attention to detail. Because many of our products are handmade and made to order, we have established the following policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.

Returns

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Candles
• Resin artwork
• Home décor
• Custom or personalized items
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our studio. However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email us with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Once your claim has been reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by Aristocrat Creations.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once production has begun or your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Aristocrat Creations is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs processing, or shipping carriers.

Candle Care

To ensure the best performance of your candle:

• Burn for 2–4 hours during the first use to establish an even melt pool.
• Trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch before each burn.
• Never burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
• Always burn candles on a heat-resistant surface.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials.

Failure to follow proper candle care instructions may affect performance and is not considered a product defect.

Resin Art

Each resin piece is handcrafted, making every item unique.

Small variations in color, pattern, texture, or natural air bubbles are part of the artistic process and should not be considered defects.

To care for your resin artwork:

• Clean with a soft, damp microfiber cloth.
• Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
• Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight and excessive heat to help preserve its finish.
