We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion if we believe fraudulent or unlawful activity has occurred.

3. Products

All Aristocrat Creations products are handcrafted in small batches.

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, fragrance, resin patterns, and finish are natural and make each piece unique. These variations are not considered defects.

We make every effort to display our products accurately; however, colours may vary depending on your screen settings.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing.

5. Payment

Payment is required in full before your order is processed.

We accept secure payment methods offered through Shopify, including major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other available payment options.

6. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days.

Processing times may be extended during holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you to discuss available options.

7. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only and begin after your order has been processed.

Aristocrat Creations is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

9. Candle Safety

Candles should always be used responsibly.

By purchasing our candles, you agree to follow proper candle safety practices, including:

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

  • Burn on a heat-resistant surface.

  • Keep away from children and pets.

  • Keep away from flammable materials.

  • Trim the wick before each use.

  • Discontinue use when approximately ½ inch (1.3 cm) of wax remains.

Aristocrat Creations is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper use of our candles.

10. Resin Artwork

Each resin artwork is individually handcrafted.

Minor variations, natural air bubbles, colour differences, and wave patterns are part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.

To maintain the beauty of your artwork:

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

  • Avoid excessive heat.

  • Clean with a soft microfiber cloth only.

11. Workshops & Events

Workshop bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.

If Aristocrat Creations cancels an event, participants may choose to receive:

  • A full refund, or

  • A credit toward a future workshop.

Participant cancellations:

  • More than 14 days before the event: Full refund or transfer.

  • 7–13 days before the event: Store credit or transfer, subject to availability.

  • Less than 7 days before the event: No refund.

Private and corporate workshop agreements may include separate cancellation terms.

12. Custom Orders

Custom and personalized products are created specifically for you.

Once production has begun:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Custom items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including our logo, product names, photographs, graphics, artwork, written content, branding, and designs—is the exclusive property of Aristocrat Creations.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

14. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aristocrat Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product that is the subject of the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
