Are your products handmade?

Yes. Every candle and resin artwork is handcrafted, making each piece unique. Slight variations in colour, pattern, and finish are a natural part of the handmade process and add to the beauty of each creation.

What makes Aristocrat Creations different?

Aristocrat Creations combines luxury craftsmanship with Caribbean-inspired storytelling. Our collections are inspired by Jamaican culture, tropical landscapes, and meaningful moments, creating products that are both beautiful and memorable.

Candles

What type of wax do you use?

We use a premium soy wax blend paired with high-quality, phthalate-free fragrance oils for a clean, long-lasting burn.

How long do your candles burn?

Our 8 oz candles have an approximate burn time of 35 hours when proper candle care instructions are followed.

How can I make my candle last longer?

For the best performance:

• Burn your candle for 2–4 hours during the first use.

• Trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch before each burn.

• Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

• Keep the candle away from drafts.

Why does my candle look slightly different from the photos?

Because each candle is hand-poured, slight variations in wax colour, finish, and decorative details may occur. These differences make every candle one of a kind.

Resin Art

Is every resin artwork identical?

No. Every resin piece is individually handcrafted, meaning colours, wave patterns, and textures will naturally vary. No two pieces are exactly alike.

How do I care for my resin artwork?

• Wipe gently with a soft microfiber cloth.

• Avoid abrasive cleaners and harsh chemicals.

• Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight and excessive heat.

• Display indoors for best results.

Do you create custom resin artwork?

Yes. We love creating custom ocean-inspired pieces tailored to your space and style.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout Canada and the United States. Additional international shipping may become available in the future.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on candles, resin artwork, or custom orders.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Yes. We host luxury candle-making workshops for:
